If you fill in the quote form on this website we collect your name, address, contact number, email address, a description of the work you need, and any photographs you choose to attach.

We do not collect anything else. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Solely to prepare and send you a quote, and to contact you about the work you have asked about. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Form submissions are sent to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. They process the message in order to deliver it and do not use it for anything else.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to quote for and carry out the work, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch on the number below and we will sort it out.

The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps. Loading it means your browser contacts Google, which will see your IP address and may set cookies in your browser. That is Google's processing, not ours, and is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

The map only loads if and when you scroll down to it, so if you never reach the bottom of the contact page your browser never contacts Google at all. Nothing else on this website loads anything from Google.
