Ponteland’s larger gardens and older core
Ponteland’s historic centre, including its parish church and older buildings, sits alongside more recent, larger residential development, much of it on generous plots with mature landscaping. Properties here, and particularly in neighbouring Darras Hall, tend to have some of the biggest, most established gardens we work in, which means correspondingly larger, older specimen trees and a higher likelihood of Tree Preservation Orders or conservation area status.
